60 SECOND HIGHLIGHT VIDEOS
Don’t just tell them: show investors and your audience what you’ve been doing with a highlight video. We craft this short video out of your organisation’s already-existing audiovisual materials, such as recorded Zoom sessions from the lockdown period, or other footage and photos.
The final product is a 60 second video that shows your impact and can be used for fundraising applications, social media, or other promotional needs.
We don’t just cut your footage and slap it to some music. It takes several days for my team to build a cohesive story out of your footage that leaves the viewer with the impression you want, and to make it look and sound great.

There are several stages to the production of your short video. Usually everything takes just a couple of weeks from you reaching out to us providing you with your final video. Here is a breakdown of those steps.
01 Initial call - We talk about your organisation, what type of video you want, and what you plan to use it for on this no cost, no commitment initial chat. We’ll also discuss your provisional timeline and any other details or questions you have.
02 Agreement & sharing materials - From there we will send you an agreement to make sure we’re both clear on exactly what the project entails, how it’ll be carried out, and by when. At this point you can also share your agreed materials with us and their accompanying notes. At this point we will also agree together on the project’s structure, music & copy.
02b A note about materials - Please remember to check that anyone recorded in the materials shared their consent to be filmed/photographed before you pass the materials to us. We can avoid certain shots or find solutions to cover certain faces if necessary.
03 Editing - Once we have received all of your materials, signed the agreement and you’ve approved the structure, music and copy, we start working our editing magic. This first edit usually takes 5-7 working days.
04 Review your video - Once it is ready, we will let you review the first iteration of your video. This is a polished video that you can use if you’re already happy with it. If you come back with changes you would like made (which incurs the revision fee, explained below) we will go away for an additional 5 working days (circa) before delivering your final video.
05 Video payment - Once you are happy with your video, we will send you the invoice. Upon full payment we share the final file with you without a watermark, and you can start sharing it!
