So, you've book your free discovery call... but what can you expect next?


In your discovery call, we'll chat for 30 minutes about your current challenges so that we can figure out the best way to deliver exactly what your business needs. This is also a great chance for us to see how we get on and work out whether we would work well together.

If we're both happy we'll move onto the next phase, which is signing the agreement and the deposit of the project. I ask for a 50% deposit at the start of a project. The agreement is an easy-to-read document and will include a rough date by which we will aim to complete the project.

Each project is a little different...


Each project require slightly different steps, but most projects start out with a more focused "welcome call". This is different from the discovery call, as it marks the kickoff of the project and  we really start to break down the tasks, and the materials I require from you. Like most collaborations, I may require information and/or documents from you in order to do my job to the best of my ability. Any important swapping of materials will be discussed and confirmed by both of us in our welcome call. We'll work so much more efficiently together if we can communicate well what we require from each other to best complete each stage of the project. In the welcome call we will also establish more precise milestone target dates for the project, depending on its length.
